These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nustargame.conm platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at nustargameconm.com ("the Platform"). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each individual may register only one account on nustargame.conm. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nustargame.conm reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, nustargame.conm may require you to submit identity verification documents, including a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.

nustargame.conm reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustargame.conm login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other individual to access your account.

nustargame.conm will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from nustargame.conm that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

nustargame.conm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. nustargame.conm reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. nustargame.conm may require additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.

nustargame.conm does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. nustargame.conm is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business days, subject to verification requirements.
• nustargame.conm reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Funds held in your nustargame.conm account do not accrue interest.

nustargame.conm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all nustargame.conm promotions include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Each game available on the Platform has its own set of rules, paytables, and return-to-player ("RTP") percentages. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nustargame.conm. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account on nustargame.conm.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by nustargame.conm.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nustargame.conm staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

nustargame.conm employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies to identify and act upon prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits or return of forfeited balances.

nustargame.conm does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nustargame.conm makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, nustargame.conm's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall nustargame.conm's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nustargame.conm account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nustargame.conm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may request the closure of your nustargame.conm account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
